Licence information
Exact rights, files, limits and prices are configured per licence in the administration area and frozen with each order. Licences may be non-exclusive or exclusive, worldwide and perpetual, without transfer or sublicensing unless the purchased licence expressly provides otherwise.
An exclusive sale removes the beat from the catalogue when validly completed, without cancelling earlier licences. Copyright does not transfer unless a separate express written assignment says so. Required credit: “Omega Beats”.
Resale or redistribution of the standalone beat, independent stem distribution, sublicensing, transfer and instrumental exploitation without vocals are prohibited. Stems may be shared only with collaborators necessary for the customer’s project. No Content ID policy is offered at this stage.
For an overage, the customer is notified and has 30 days to stop the relevant use or obtain an appropriate licence; failing this, the relevant rights are suspended and the exploitation must be removed.
