1. Seller and scope
These terms govern distance sales of digital content by Alexandre Letellier, trading as Omega Beats, 5 avenue des robaresses, 78570 Andrésy, France; email: omegabeatprod78@gmail.com; phone: 0607997224. . Publication director: Alexandre Letellier.
They apply to consumers and do not exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights.
2. Products and licences
The website sells beats and the digital files included in the selected licence. The applicable licence is the one displayed at checkout and frozen in the order snapshot. Product pages and licences specify the essential characteristics, EUR prices including tax, files, rights, restrictions, limits and availability.
Licences may be non-exclusive or exclusive. An exclusive sale may remove a beat from the catalogue; previously valid licences remain governed by their own terms.
3. Orders, price and payment
The customer reviews the cart, accepts these terms and the selected licence, and provides the information needed for the order. The PayPal button creates an obligation to pay. Prices are displayed in EUR including tax. Payment is processed by PayPal and no paid file is supplied before definitive server-side payment confirmation.
4. Digital delivery and guest orders
After confirmed payment, included files and the licence contract are made available through secure access. Guest orders can be recovered with a secure link and later linked to an account. Files not included in the licence are not supplied.
5. Withdrawal and immediate performance
Before payment, the customer must expressly request immediate performance of the digital supply and acknowledge the legally required consequences for withdrawal. Any loss of withdrawal rights only applies once all legal conditions are met; mandatory consumer rights otherwise remain unaffected.
