This policy does not limit mandatory rights. For digital content supplied immediately, withdrawal can only be lost where all legal conditions, express consent and customer acknowledgement are actually met.
Requests may be considered for duplicate payment, confirmed payment without delivery, an unusable file not replaced, an incorrect file, or a lasting technical failure attributable to the website. Additional goodwill refunds are not automatically promised. Refunds due or accepted are processed through PayPal and may revoke the affected access where permitted by applicable law and the contract.
